SAFETY TEAM LEADER
Position Summary: Arborbrook Christian Academy’s Safety Team Leader supports the school’s safety program by developing processes and procedures to keep the campus safe during the school day. Because so much of a Charlotte Mason education must be done outside, the need for a safety team leader exists.
Develop processes and procedures in coordination with administration to maintain the safety of students on campus during the school day.
Oversee safety drills on campus—fire, tornado, and lockdown drills.
Make recommendations to the Head of School for implementation of new safety initiatives on campus.
Develop ongoing relationships with local police with the intent to partner whenever possible.
Work with parent volunteers to execute safety initiatives.
Regularly patrol campus.
Other duties as assigned.
Understanding of school safety protocols
Experience in law enforcement or security preferred
Communicates effectively via email and in person with parents and staff

Hours for this position are 8:10am to 3:10pm Monday – Thursday.
This job begins one week before school begins and continues through the school year.
Salary is commensurate with experience.
This position is eligible for a 50% tuition discount for each child attending Arborbrook.
